Ask
your parents to help you warm 1/2 cup of heavy cream/milk in
a pot on the stove. |

Once
the milk begins to simmer (just before boiling), stir in 3-4
spoons of vinegar. Slowly add more vinegar until the
mixture begins the gel. |

Rinse
the mixture with water. You will see small pieces of
plastic.

Answer:
A chemical reaction between the vinegar and a substance in the
milk reacted to form the plastic.
